Please notify us within 14 days if goods are received damaged or anything is missing from the consignment. If external damage to the package is apparent, please endorse the signature on the carrier’s note accordingly. In the case of non-delivery, this must be reported to us within 14 days of the despatch date shown on the invoice.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com within 14 days of the despatch date shown on the invoice. Products must be returned ‘as new’ with the complete and original packaging. Carriage charges are the responsibility of the sender.
