Service & Calibration

All of our products are designed to be accurate and durable. Used correctly, each instrument is capable of providing many years of service. However, as with all scientific instruments, they should be treated carefully and serviced periodically.

'The apparatus shall be calibrated after manufacture and recalibrated at least annually and when verification demonstrates non-conformity.'

BS EN 13036-4:2011 (Method for measurement of slip/skid resistance of a surface: The pendulum test)

We recommend servicing your equipment on a yearly basis. Failure to do so may impact the validity of your results and the lifespan of your instrument. We offer a fast turnaround, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime.

Note: For those companies unable to return their pendulum test equipment to the UK, we have partnered with Safe Environments in Australia. They have calibration facilities in NSW, Australia and offer accurate and prompt calibration and servicing of all British-manufactured pendulum slip resistance measurement devices.

  • A pre-certification check to ensure that your instrument is calibrated correctly and meets the required standards.
