Description
Durometers show the degree of hardness by value whether a non-rigid material like rubber is soft or hard (hardness gauge for rubber or plastic). Type A Digital Durometers are for medium hardness rubber and soft plastic.
Pressurized face diameter of type A digital durometer mounted to a stand Is 18mm as defined by JIS standard and ISO Standard. Measurement taken by pushing device by hand.
This is the model for which peak hold (Maximum value is held) function is mounted. This is effective to measure hardness of Elastomer of which maximum value is unreadable due to relaxation phenomenon. Minimum read value is 0.5 half of the standard type. Measured data can be treated as statistics by connecting with optional printer.
