It can maintain a vacuum pressure of up to 0.05 Torr (0.067 mbar) in the airlock chamber and up to 0.5 Torr (0.67 mbar) in all glove boxes. The maximum positive pressure is 1.1 atm, and the gloves cannot work if the pressure is higher than 1.1 atm (810 torrs). The glove box can maintain inert gases pressure for more than 12 hours, and the main chamber leakage rate is less than 3 torr per hour.
