Laboratory Glove box

A laboratory glove box is a sealed container that is designed to protect laboratory personnel and samples from contamination during experiments. It is also commonly referred to as an isolation glove box or a containment glove box. The glove box is usually made of clear acrylic or polycarbonate material and has a set of gloves attached to the front panel that allows researchers to manipulate objects within the box without exposing themselves or the samples to the external environment. The interior of the glove box is usually filled with a specific gas, such as nitrogen or argon, to create an inert atmosphere that minimizes the risk of chemical reactions or other unwanted interactions. Glove boxes are commonly used in a range of scientific fields, including chemistry, materials science, and biology, among others.
